Preperse® PA
Preperse PA grade is the series of pigment preparations used in polyamides applications. Mainly recommended for PA6 fiber masterbatch.
01
Dust-free
Preperse pigment preparations are granular and high concentrations of organic pigments.
Compared with powdery pigments, Preperse pigment preparations do not cause dust pollution. It brings users many benefits include clean and safe production environment and low cost on dedusting equipments.

02
Excellent Dispersibility
Dispersibility is the most concerned property of using a pigment.
Preperse pigments are targeting at applications request high dispersion, such as synthetic fiber, thin film etc. They help work out excellent dispersibilty and give more bright colors with higher strength, which means lower cost on modulating a color formula.

03
High efficiency
The dispersibily of Preperse pigment preparation is so excellent that allows using single-crew machine to finish a color formula with blending of Preperse pigments.
Preperse pigment preparations also help customer who uses twin-screw line a larger output in unit hour. Auto-feeding and auto-metering system are favorable by using such products.
