Firstly, let’s introduce plastic application. in plastic application, our quality is close to FAST YELLOW HG Detail applications are PP, PO, PVC, RUBBER, PS, ABS and so on. Pigment yellow 180 has excellent light fastness which is about 7-8 in full shade and 6-7 in reduction, it also has fantastic heat resistance about 290℃ in PE, PP,ABS AND PC . in PS can reach to 300℃. It also Suitability for low warping application, such as Cable Sheathing with Fastness to Bleeding in PVC-P Grade 5.   Secondly, let’s introduce ink application. In inks application, it is close to Novoperm Yellow P-HG  it is a green shade pigment with extremely low specific conductivity (< 0,2 mS/cm), especially recommended for solvent based packaging printing inks. It exhibits highcolor strength, high gloss and high transparency with very good rheological and excellent fastness properties. It is used if the fastness properties of a Pigment Yellow 13 or Pigment Yellow 17 are not sufficient.   PIGMENT ORANGE 64 – Introduction and Application PO64 is also called Fast Orange GP, it’s a bright reddish orange with high tint strength. It needs 0.42% pigment to prepare 1/3 SD of HDPE with 2% titanium dioxide. The light fastness of Pigment Orange 64 is good and reaches 7-8 grade in PVC (1/3 SD with 2% titanium dioxide). The heat resistance gets up to 260 °C/5min. It is applied not only to the coloring of polyolefin but also to the coloring of styrene engineering plastics. It is the typical color of HDPE pressured pipes. Owing to the high tint strength, high color saturation and excellent overall properties, Pigment Orange 64 may become a standard orange after a certain level of price decreasing. PO64 is a Benzimidazolone pigment, which is a class of high-performance organic pigment, such as PY151, PY180, PO36 are all belong to this category. The molecular structure of PO64 contains an azo group, so it belongs to mono azo pigments, this type of pigments always has bright color and strong color strength. In our QC lab, we use Polypropylene(PP) to do pigment color test. As shown by the picture, the left is full shade color, and the right one is tint shade. It obvious shows PO64 is a very bright reddish orange with high color strength. As this table shows, PO64 has very excellent fastness for acid, alkali, water, oil, light and good weather resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance. FYI, here is the application properties of PO64 in PVC and HDPE. When we add PO64 in HDPE, it can withstand 300℃ for 5 minutes. But as the temperature increasing, the color shade will become yellowish, but it doesn’t affect the crystallinity of the polymer, or lead to dimensional deformation. PIGMENT YELLOW 191 – Introduction and Application Pigment Yellow 191 is a very economical and user-friendly product. It belong to Mono azo Pigment, you can see calcium ion in its Chemical Formula, that is the key reason for its high heat resistance and good fastness. As we know, Most Chinese producers set Fast Yellow HGR which from Clariant as their factory standard. And our quality can match HGR completely. Pigment Yellow 191 is a brilliant reddish yellow pigment, with excellent heat resistance, good migration resistance, good weather, light fastness,and the color is closed to Pigment Yellow 83. Than tinting strength is much lower than Pigment Yellow 83. Formulated 1/3 SD HDPE with 1% of titanium dioxide required 0.34% of pigment, and only 0.08% of pigment is needed for pigment Yellow 83 to achieve the same effect. Pigment Yellow 191 can be used on almost any resin, such as PP, PE, PVC, PS, ABS, PC, Rubber etc, just because of very high heat resistance. But PA, PET, PAN are not recommended.
