  PIGMENT RED 176 – Introduction and Application     C.I. Pigment RED 176 Structure No. 12515. Molecular formula: C32H24N6O5. CAS number: [12225-06-8]   Color characterization Bluish red,acceptable color saturation,bluer than Pigment Red 185,high tinting strength,need 0.53% pigment to prepare 1/3 SD of PVC with 5% titanium dioxide. The reduction is beautiful pink. PRE-DISPERSED PIGMENT – EASY AND CLEAN TO USE     Our pre-dispersed pigment contains 75%-85% pure powder pigments that are dispersed with dispersion agent, even higher than BASF Eupolen (TM) products, but we are using different technology. It is used for high quality masterbatch production, applies for fiber, film, injection molding and blow molding. It can be also called semi-masterbatch. It is characterized with best dispersion and excellent tint strength (15-30% higher) through pre dispersion treatment such as fine grinding and stabilization of high quality pure powder pigments. The advantages of pre-dispersed pigment in replace of pure pigment powders: 1. High dispersion, 15–30% higher than pure powder pigments because the pure powder pigments are totally dispersed; 2.
